Extra Details:: Involved in the regulation of cell survival. Promotes invasive migration of cells in which it functions to localize and maintain integrin alpha-V/beta-1 at the tips of extending pseudopodia (PubMed:17925226). Involved in the regulation of epithelial morphogenesis through the control of CLDN4 expression and localization at tight junctions. May selectively regulate the apical recycling pathway. Together with MYO5B regulates transcytosis Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
