Extra Details:: MIP-1 alpha is a chemoattractant for leukocytes and induces the migration monocytes, NK cells and dendritic cells. Recombinant protein corresponding to aa24-94 from rabbit MIP-1 Alpha, expressed in Pichia pastoris Molecular Weight: ~7.8kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% carrier protein. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
