Extra Details:: Rabbit IL-2 is an essential innate immune modulator produced by T cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. IL-2 can stimulate B cells, monocytes, NK cells and glioma cells. It is required for T cell proliferation and regulation of the immune response. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
