- Canine interleukin-13 is an immunoregulatory cytokine produced by activated T lymphocytes. In canines IL-13 is thought to have a regulatory role in allergic diseases. In in vitro experiments IL-13 was able to stimulate production of allergen-specific-IgE. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
