- Canine interleukin-13 is an immunoregulatory cytokine produced by activated T lymphocytes. In canines IL-13 is thought to have a regulatory role in allergic diseases. In in vitro experiments IL-13 was able to stimulate production of allergen-specific-IgE. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Electrophoresis: 1.0-5.0ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-2.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
