- Extra Details:
- Mouse anti human CD4 antibody, clone 4B12 recognizes the human CD4 cell surface antigen, expressed by the helper-inducer subset of T lymphocytes and also by monocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100, requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
