- CD101 (CD101 molecule) is a protein coding gene. Diseases associated with CD101 include Langerhans cell histiocytosis and histiocytosis. Among its related pathways are innate lymphoid cell differentiation pathways and innate immune system. Gene ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include hydrolase activity, acting on carbon-nitrogen (but not peptide) bonds, in cyclic amides. An important paralog of this gene is IGSF3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
