Extra Details:: AGS cells are derived from gastric adenocarcinoma of the stomach of a 54 year-old female with no prior anti-cancer treatment. AGS cells are persistently infected with parainfluenza virus type 5 (PIV5). AGS cells are used to suitable transfection host. Quality Control: Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody Preparation Before Usage: Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool before use. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
