Extra Details:: A427 cells are derived from human lung epithelial carcinoma taken from a 52 year-old male in 1973. Quality Control: Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody Preparation Before Usage: Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool before use. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
