- Protein A/G Agarose Resin 4 consists of a mixture of resins of Protein A and Protein G covalently bound to highly crosslinked agarose beads. It provides a very stable bond that can greatly minimize leakage of the proteins allowing for reuse of the affinity resin in several purification steps. The resin works well in high flow conditions.
