Assay Conditions: 11.5nM using PD-1:PD-L1[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening BioAssay™ Kit and human PD-1 and PD-L1. 1.8nM using mouse PD-L1 and mouse PD-1[Biotinylated]. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
