Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa25-167 from human PD-1, with an I126A mutation, fused at the C-terminus with the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~44.5kD Applications: Suitable for the use in study of protein-protein interaction and in vitro and in vivo protein function. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
