Assay Conditions: IL-2 luciferase Jurkat reporter cells were incubated with anti-CD3 in SF-RPMI for 24 hours. Luciferase reagent was added and luminescence was quantified. RLU = Relative Luminescence Unit normalized to wells with RPMI only. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
