- Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa50-254 from human CD137L, fused to His-Avi-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~25kD Assay Conditions: Assay was performed using the CD137[Biotinylated]:CD137L Inhibitor Screening BioAssay™ Kit, with CD137 [Biotin] enzyme titrated from 40ng/rxn–0ng/rxn. Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
