Extra Details:: Wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 3A (Wnt3a) is a member of the Wnt family. The Wnt gene family is representative of a growing class of multifunctioanal factors that play a role in both tumor genesis and patterning events required for normal differentiation and development. Wnt3a is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
