Extra Details:: Protease that deconjugates SUMO1, SUMO2 and SUMO3 from targeted proteins. Does not seem to be involved in the processing of full-length SUMO proteins to their mature forms. Deconjugates SUMO1 from RXRA, leading to transcriptional activation. May act preferentially on substrates containing 3 or more SUMO2 or SUMO3 moieties. Belongs to the peptidase C48 family. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
