Extra Details:: RON (MST1R): macrophage stimulating 1 receptor (c-met-related tyrosine kinase). RON is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is translated as a single polypeptide and then proteolytically cleaved to yield a mature heterodimer consisting of an extracellular 35kD alpha chain disulfide-linked to a membrane-spanning 150kD beta chain. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunofluorescence (IF-IC): 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
