Extra Details:: Acts as an adapter protein of the FYN and LCP2 signaling cascades in T-cells. Modulates the expression of interleukin-2 (IL-2). Involved in platelet activation. Prevents the degradation of SKAP1 and SKAP2. May play a role in linking T-cell signaling to remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-3000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200 Immunofluorescence (IF-IC): 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
