Extra Details:: CD3 is a component of T cell surface receptor (TCR), it cantains 5 invariable chains: gamma- , delta-, epsilon-, and zeta/eta。Clevers et al. (1988) showed the TCR/CD3 complex consists of either a TCR alpha/beta or TCR gamma/delta heterodimer coexpressed at the cell surface with the invariant subunits，CD3 is responsible for the signal transduction of the TCR. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:10,000 Immunocytochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
