Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to VAP-1. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma TK8-14. Epitope recognized by TK8–18 is present both in dimeric and monomeric forms of VAP-1. Elevated soluble VAP-1 serum- levels have been described in several inflammatory- diseases as well as colorectal cancer. TK8-14 is a function- blocking mAb. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
