Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to MUC1. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma HMFG2. MUC1 is a tumor associated antigen which is expressed in >90% ovarian carcinomas. This antigen is a high molecular weight (M, 80,000-200,000) glycoprotein. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
