Immunogen:: This antibody was prepared by the humanization of LL2 (EPB-2), a murine anti-CD22 IgG2a raised against Raji Burkitt lymphoma cells. Murine sequences comprise 5–10% of the molecule, with the remainder being human framework sequences, which greatly reduces the potential for immunogenicity (Traczewski, 2010).

Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
