Immunogen:: BALB/c mice were immunised with acute lymphocytic leukaemia cells from a human leukaemia patient. Splenocytes were obtained from immunised mice and fused with MOPC-21 NS/1 myeloma cells to generate a hybridoma.

Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD10. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma NL-1. CD10 is a widely-expressed cell-surface metalloprotease, responsible for the cleavage of multiple peptide hormones at target tissues. CD10 is also a common marker for acute lymphocytic leukaemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
