Extra Details:: Streptolysin o is a hemolytic endotoxin secreted from streptococcal. It is a thiol activated membrane damaging protein of Molecular weight 69kD. It binds to the cholesterol-containing target membranes. Recombinant protein corresponding to Bacterial Streptolysin O, expressed in Transformed E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~60-70kD Specific Antigenic Activity: ≥1250IU/mg Total Antigenic Activity: ≥2500IU/ml Bioburden: ≤10cfu/ml Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
