Extra Details:
Mouse Interleukin-22 (IL-22), also known as T cell-derived inducible factor (ILTIF), is a cytokine that is structurally related to IL-10. Studies have shown that IL-22 induces acute-phase reactants in vitro and in vivo, suggesting that the cytokine contributes to the regulation of inflammatory responses. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to two 146aa chains from mouse IL-22, expressed in E. coli. Applications:
Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB.
If bio-activity of the protein is needed, please see active protein catalog no: 21993. Biological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to a standard. The ED50, as determined by its ability to induce IL-10 secretion in Colo205 cells, is <0.5ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 2x10e6IU/mg Subcellular Location:

The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
