Extra Details:: Isoform 1: Cleaves GlcNAc but not GalNAc from O- glycosylated proteins. Can use p-nitrophenyl-beta-GlcNAc and 4- methylumbelliferone-GlcNAc as substrates but not p-nitrophenyl- beta-GalNAc or p-nitrophenyl-alpha-GlcNAc (in vitro) (PubMed:11148210). Does not bind acetyl-CoA and does not have histone acetyltransferase activity (PubMed:24088714). Applications: Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25 Western Blot: 1:2000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:25 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
