Activates src family kinases and acts as a scaffolding protein enabling src family kinases to phosphorylate and activate PI3-kinase. Binds RNA and promotes the secretion of IGF-II. May play a pivotal role in the progression of scirrhous- type gastric cancer by supporting cancer cell survival in environments with various oxidative stresses. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:25 Western Blot: 1:4000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:25 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
