Extra Details:: ZNF555 contains 15 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. It belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation. Western blots using two different antibodies against two unique regions of this protein target confirm the same apparent molecular weight in our tests. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
