Extra Details:: ZIon Channel5 is a member of the ZIon Channel family of C2H2-type zinc finger proteins. Members of this family are important during development, and have been associated X-linked visceral heterotaxy and holoprosencephaly type 5. This gene is closely linked to a gene encoding zinc finger protein of the cerebellum 2, a related family member on chromosome 13. This gene encodes a protein of unknown function. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
