- RRM2 provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. RRM2 catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides. RRM2 inhibits Wnt signaling.Ribonucleotide reductase catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. It is composed of 2 non-identical subunits, proteins M1 and M2. Synthesis of M2 is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent fashion. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
