Extra Details:: Nr0b1 is an orphan nuclear receptor and a component of a cascade required for the development of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-gonadal axis. Nr0b1 acts as a coregulatory protein that inhibits the transcriptional activity of other nuclear receptors through heterodimeric interactions. Nr0b1 may also have a role in the development of the embryo and in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
