Extra Details:: NLK has a role in cell fate determination, required for differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells. NLK acts downstream of MAP3K7 and HIPK2 to negatively regulate the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway and the phosphorylation and destruction of the MYB transcription factor. NLK may suppress a wide range of transcription factors by phosphorylation of the coactivator, CREBBP By similarity.NLK is involved in TGFbeta-mediated mesoderm induction, acting downstream of MAP3K7/TAK1 to phosphorylate STAT3. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
