- Is a positive regulator of ciliogenesis, playing a crucial role in the initial steps of axoneme extension. It acts as a substrate-adapter for CUL3-RING ubiquitin ligase complexes which mediate the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of TCHP, a protein involved in ciliogenesis down-regulation. May be involved in endoplasmic reticulum calcium ion homeostasis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
