- FOXO1A belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of FOXO1A has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in myogenic growth and differentiation. Translocation of FOXO1A gene with PAX3 has been associated with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
