- Extra Details:
- CORO1A is a novel actin-binding protein with a WD repeat and a leucine zipper motif. CORO1A forms homodimers, that the association is mediated by the leucine zipper structure in the C-terminal region, and that it plays a role in the cross-linking of F-actin in the cell. The leukocyte plasma membrane associates with the actin cytoskeleton through CORO1A.Downregulation of CORO1A gene transcription restricts entry/survival of mycobacteria within macrophages Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
