Extra Details:: Cited4 is a member of The CITED family proteins that bind to CBP/p300 transcriptional integrators through their conserved C-terminal acidic domain and function as coactivators. It also interacts with isoforms of the TFAP2 transcription factor, coactivating TFAP2-dependent transcription. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
