- CUGBP2 is a member of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family, which contains two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230aa between the second and third RRM domains. Members of CUGBP2 family regulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing and may also be involved in mRNA editing, and translation. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
