- Extra Details:
- AN32B is a multifunctional protein working as a cell cycle progression factor as well as a cell survival factor. It is required for the progression from the G1 to the S phase. It is a anti-apoptotic protein which functions as a caspase-3 inhibitor. It has no phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor activity (By similarity). It exhibits histone chaperone properties, stimulating core histones to assemble into a nucleosome. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
