Extra Details:: Receptor for SLIT2, and probably SLIT1, which are thought to act as molecular guidance cue in cellular migration, including axonal navigation at the ventral midline of the neural tube and projection of axons to different regions during neuronal development. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200 Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:300 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt..
