Extra Details:
Inducible T-cell costimulator is an immune checkpoint protein that in humans is encoded by the ICOS gene. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CD28 and CTLA-4 cell-surface receptor family. It forms homodimers and plays an important role in cell-cell signaling, immune responses, and regulation of cell proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1-3ug/1x10e6 cells ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 0.5-1ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
