- Extra Details:
- Canine IL-1RA is secreted by several cell types, including epithelial cells and adipocytes. IL1RA functions by inhibiting the proinflammatory effects of both IL-1 Alpha and IL-1 Beta. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-5ug/ml Western Blot: 1-10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
