- Porcine IL-10 is a 19.93kD anti-inflammatory cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family. Secreted primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by certain T-cell subsets, porcine IL-10 functions in an inhibitory capacity downregulating Th1 cytokines, produced by activated macrophages. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.5-5ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: 397096 Detection: 397096-Biotin Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
