- Extra Details:
- It is a marker for bovine T helper cells. In cattle CD4+ T cells can also be found in mediastinal haemolymph nodes, lymph nodes and parafollicular lymphatic tissue. Cattle infected with viral diarrhea virus had depleted numbers of CD4+ cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat 1:10, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
