Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml Western Blot: (1ug/ml for HRPO/ECL detection; recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 10mM TRIS-HCl, pH 7.4, 0.5% casein, 1% PEG 4,000, 1% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.1% Tween 20, 150mM sodium chloride) Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Includes EGF treated Hep2G lysate as a positive control Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
