Extra Details:: COP9 signalosome complex subunit 8 (CSN8, COPS8), also known as Signalosome subunit 8 (SGN8), is a nuclear-enriched protein complex belonging to the CSN8 family. It is comprised of eight subunits that interact with deubiquitinating enzymes and protein kinases. The CSN complex is involved in the regulation of various signaling and developmental processes, including DNA repair, cell cycle regulation, embryogenesis, axonal guidance, MAPK cascade, immune response, and hormonal signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 2ug/ml detected CSN8 in 15ug of human liver tissue lysate. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
