Extra Details:: Ras-related protein Rab-7a, also known as RAB7A, is a member of the Ras superfamily of small Rab GTPases. RAB7A associates with the RIPL effector protein to control membrane trafficking from early to late endosome and to lysosomes. RAB7A has also been shown to regulate growth receptor endocytic trafficking, degradation, maturation of phagosome and autophagic vacuoles. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
