Extra Details:
PDIA3, also known as protein disulfide-isomerase A3, is a protein of the endoplasmic reticulum that interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin to modulate folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins. This protein has protein disulfide isomerase activity. PDIA3 is also part of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I peptide-loading complex (TAP1), which is essential for formation of the final antigen conformation and export from the endoplasmic reticulum to the cell surface. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
