- T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TAL1 gene. The protein encoded by TAL1 is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor. TAL1 is a transcriptionally complex gene that is expressed throughout development, activating or repressing transcription in hematopoietic, neural, and endothelial precursors. This gene is mapped to chromosome 1p33. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
