Extra Details:: The transplantable plasmacytoma was induced by intraperitoneal injection of mineral oils into BALB/c mice. It was adapted to continuous cell culture by alternate passage in animals. Applications: Suitable for use as a useful isotype control for comparative expression analysis including Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Application Information: Each lot has been quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis of human PBMCs. It is suggested to use the same concentration of APC conjugated isotype control immunoglobulin as that of IgG1, k primary antibody Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
