Extra Details:: HLA class I antigen associated with beta 2-microglobulin are expressed by all human nucleated cells and HLA-Class I down regulation occurs frequently in many cancers which might adversely affect the clinical course of cancer and the outcome of T-cell-based immunotherapy. HLA-Class I present specific foreign antigen to CD8+ T cells which play central role against infection, tumor and also generation of autoimmune diseases. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume or 0.1ml whole blood followed by a secondary florescent conjugated anti-mouse antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
